Giới thiệu về Khối Quản trị
& Phân tích dữ liệu

Hướng tới mục tiêu đưa VPBank trở thành một trong những ngân hàng hàng đầu khu vực về quản trị và ứng dụng dữ liệu, nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh trong kỷ nguyên số, tháng 6/2023, Ngân hàng VPBank đã ra mắt Khối Quản trị và Phân tích Dữ liệu (EDA) với các nhiệm vụ trọng tâm: 
  • Xây dựng và quản trị nền tảng dữ liệu và phân tích thế hệ mới sử dụng công nghệ điện toán đám mây
  • Tăng cường ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) và công nghệ học máy (ML) trong việc thúc đẩy hiệu suất kinh doanh, tối ưu hiệu quả quản trị & giảm thiểu rủi ro vận hành
  • Xây dựng & dẫn dắt việc triển khai các sáng kiến chiến lược liên quan tới kiến trúc, nền tảng, sản phẩm dữ liệu
  • Quản trị hoạt động dữ liệu hiệu quả trên toàn Hệ sinh thái 
Việc tái cấu trúc trên sẽ đưa Khối Quản trị và Phân tích dữ liệu tại VPBank lên môt tầm vóc mới, với kỳ vọng không chỉ giúp ngân hàng nâng cao hiệu suất kinh doanh, hiệu quả quản trị dựa trên phân tích dữ liệu mà còn thúc đẩy quá trình chuyển đổi việc khai thác và sử dụng dữ liệu trên nền tảng điện toán đám mây.
Bên cạnh đó, hoạt động của Khối Quản trị và Phân tích dữ liệu sẽ không chỉ giới hạn trong các đơn vị VPBank mà còn mở rộng bao quát kiến trúc dữ liệu, quản trị, thúc đẩy ứng dụng dữ liệu tới các công ty con trong toàn bộ hệ sinh thái.

Data Architect

Job description:

Our vision is to transform VPB into a data led organization by providing the data platform and data products to provide ability to consistently analyze, report and query information to make timely decisions using standardized Enterprise Data & Analytics applications capabilities; enable data and analytics driven culture at VPB through stable and flexible architecture that supports sourcing of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data & tools; meet future regulatory, strategic and operational data management requirements by enhancing the current data management capabilities.
As the Data Architect, he/she will use his/her specialist skills and knowledge to define and deliver data solutions and bringing together multiple teams across the Business, the Data Governance, Data Engineer/ML Engineer and Data Analytics team with a mission to deliver on the vision.

3. Lead and Collaborate to Deliver Business Outcomes
  • Lead the data design of solutions for large projects and programs; through expert knowledge translate high-level business requirements into data models and appropriate metadata, test data, and data quality standards.
  • Work as part of the program management team on large program, governing and shaping the delivery of projects. Work closely with external suppliers to ensure the solution makes best use of technology and meets requirements.
  • Creates and delivers working, production-ready reference implementations that can be leveraged easily by agile teams.
  • Collaborates with business constituents, project teams and staff in various functional areas as needed to fulfill the responsibilities described above.
  • Documents necessary enterprise technology architecture design and analysis work, possibly including project postmortem documentation and metric collection.
  • Responsible throughout the entire project lifecycle for the end-to-end solution of the project and compliance with enterprise data model and logical data groups
  • Provide clear, continuous, and consistent data architecture leadership at a detailed level within the project.
  • Ensure the end-to-end solution is fit for purpose, meet the needs of business, the agreed requirements, and are both pragmatic and supportive of the strategic architecture direction.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in IT, with at least two years in information system design.
  • In-depth experience of designing and implementing information solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with implementing data and analytics management programs
  • Experience in data warehousing, data modeling and/or data analysis
  • Good knowledge of data management, data integration and database development techniques
  • Entity Relationship modeling, metadata systems, data quality tools and techniques
  • Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, Hadoop, Teradata)
  • Experience with ETL and other business intelligence tools
  • Three to five years' experience as a data analyst is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of various backend development languages like Java, Scala and Python
  • Knowledge of various database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB and Oracle

Senior Data Governance 

Mô Tả Công Việc:

VPBank hiện là một trong những Ngân hàng có tốc độ tăng trưởng nhanh nhất tại Việt Nam, cung cấp đa dạng các dịch vụ và được nhiều khách hàng tin dùng. VPBank đặc biệt chú ý đến việc nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động qua việc quản lý các dữ liệu kinh doanh.
Vị trí này đóng vai trò xây dựng/duy trì các văn bản quy định, quy trình, hướng dẫn về hoạt động quản trị dữ liệu của VPBank, xây dựng hệ thống báo cáo chất lượng dữ liệu toàn hàng, quản lý và triển khai các sáng kiến, dự án nâng cao chất lượng dữ liệu phục vụ công tác báo cáo, phân tích và hỗ trợ quá trình ra quyết định của các đơn vị.

  • Tham gia xây dựng và triển khai và đảm bảo tuân thủ các văn bản, chính sách, quy trình quản trị dữ liệu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

1. Hỗ trợ phòng QTDL triển khai Khung QTDL toàn hàng
2. Hỗ trợ quản lý và nâng cao Chất lượng dữ liệu cho các yếu tố dữ liệu quan trọng
3. Tham gia các dự án, sáng kiến liên quan tới dữ liệu, quản lý và nâng cao chất lượng dữ liệu
  • Tham gia dự án tư vấn và triển khai giải pháp nhằm quản lý thuật ngữ toàn hàng (term management) tại VPBank
  • Tham gia các dự án về dữ liệu của ngân hàng đảm bảo khung quản trị dữ liệu và các quy định, quy trình liên quan được tuân thủ
